I have been a log time customer of M&S. For last 5 years or so, it had stopped producing front opening Briefs & when available these were of over size with poor quality. This time briefs are with right side opening instead of front or left side. I would suggest that M&S design team should take a note of this. Notwithstanding this I have bought 9 briefs which will last me some 10 years!
