I bought these for my husband and although I had to get a larger size (the size is smaller than the usual sizing) they are great quality and good support when going out to functions. Thank you M&S for being the only main retailer to produce underwear for Stoma patients!

My partner has had 2 stomas for some time and we haven’t seen anything like these on the market. They were recommended by his stoma nurse to help keep the bags contained in the correct position and they also make his trousers and tops look neater and not so bulky. Having a high waist also adds to the comfort. I would really like to thank M&S for taking the initiative to produce these pants and I’m sure with the right marketing will help many other men who are not aware this product exists.

The product is great but the sizing is to limited they need to go up to 3-4 XL for larger men with Stoma’s as they are a necessity comfort item.

Bought these for my husband who is new with a stoma. Firstly, amazing M and S do such a product. As previously said by others had to go a size bigger. The only problem is means though fits around stoma nicely the trunks are then looser in the rest of the area. So good but not Perfect.

Good quality, but I don’t like the high waist
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
These were bought after a recent stoma op. They are good quality and perfect inside, but personally I don’t like the high waisted style, I feel it compresses my stoma bag too much.So not really a favourite of mine, but they will get worn, perhaps a little further down the road.

Long overdue in a mainstream shop. Very happy with these trunks. I have tried all on the market and these are right up there. Good quality and fit, as long as you go one size up. I am now buying two more packs. We can only hope M&S start selling High Rise / Waist trousers.

Asked M&S a few months back if they considered doing Men's Stoma trunks as they had started stocking women's. Sure enough they have obliged. Very pleased with the result. Good quality, stylish (as much as stoma trunks can be), very good value for money. I have had to order from specialist retailers in the past at much higher costs and less stylish. These M&S trunks look and feel much more like trunks I would buy pre-stoma. Thank you M&S.

Very good product which just needs a tweak to make it excellent by adding a fly. The price is terrific compared to other suppliers of similar ostomy underwear

These are just what’s needed. Had my op 5 weeks ago and these are so comfortable. LIke other reviewers you need to order the next size up. I initially bought two packs. One a size up and the other two sizes up. I’ve just re-ordered a pack of those two sizes up. This to allow for poss shrinkage in the wash and also putting on a few lost pounds. Well done M&S!

The product is very well made and of a very good quality. However I find them to be undersized. I bought size large which is my usual size but they were far too tight and were uncomfortable as they pressed on my stoma. I have since bought size XL and they are a much better fit.

These were bought for my brother who has had a stoma for six years. He says they are a game changer for him. Very comfortable and hold the bag securely. He had previously been wearing a belt to hold things in place.
