Great find!

Purchased 20denier natural colour knee highs to wear under a long dress to formal occasion. So pleased as now my feet and ankles will not swell and still look dressier than normal support socks. Can always rely on M&S !

Unwearable

These were easy to put on and fitted well. Unfortunately, within an hour the wide elastcated welts at the top of the socks had rolled up into a tight sausage, which was very uncomfortable and left a red indentation on the skin at the top of my calves which was still there the next day. I was worried that it would cut off circulation and increase the risk of blood clots - I had to break my journey to take them off, and get alternative socks from my suitcase. Maybe these are not 'one size' but 'slim leg only'?

Too firm

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong support knee highs. These are too firm, really need medium only.

I’m at an age when I need support stockings but I find them too thick and tight so these are a good alternative

Surely the best on the market.

This is the first time I have purchased these. Surely the best on the market. I liked the heel and I found them very comfortable. I had always bought M&S 15dn knee highs. Sadly I have arthritis and cannot put them on myself as hands and wrists are not strong enough. I don't have a carer every day so I still have to wear my 15dn when I dress myself. I thoroughly recommend them but I need a carer every day to get the benefit so shall not purchase them again.

Great option if you need a bit of lower leg support but dont want full tights under trousers. Please do some in black.

Very disappointed

I sent for 4 packets of firm support knee highs and very disappointed as they just slip down my legs. Very uncomfortable and as I am supposed to wear support for health reasons this was a waste of my money. Would not recommend them

Extremely poor quality, go elsewear.

Extremely poor quality. Can’t even guarantee one day’s wear in slippers at home. Ladders from toe to knee. This is an established problem over the last 12 months, I thought that I had just bought a bad batch as it’s not what I expect from M&S. I should be able to give a zero rating. If they were a pound a pair they might get a one star rating. Don’t waste your money. Go elsewear.

They don’t fall down!

These knee highs are a favourite with me. Although they are described as ‘firm support’ I don’t wear them for support reasons - I love the fact that they don’t fall down to my ankles like other knee highs. I wish they were available in black, not just nearly black.

Quality seems good but sizing not
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
No, I don't recommend this
This product is not suitable for a size 7 and above as it is too small in the foot and therefore too short in the length. I have previously bought these which were for a wide fitting but it does not seem to be available now.
