Great east shirt for kids to help them be independent

Perfect for independent dressing, my son has Autism and struggles with his fine and gross motor skills. He can not do buttons on shirts. Theses shirts allow him to dress himself independently and appear to look like others shirts so no embarrassment at high school

The shirts were a good quality but unfortunately I didn't realise the has a velcro fastening which was not suitable at all so they had to be returned.

These shirts have been a Godsend. My grandson is all fingers and thumbs when it comes to tiny buttons on school shirts. He loves these taped shirts and can change for PE lessons much faster now.

Easy dressing means Velcro - it should clearly state that this is not a button up pack of shirts as now I have a pack of aged 15/16 school shirts that my lads won’t wear for fear of being ridiculed at school. I understand the need for these shirts but they were not described very well

Brillant for my son, so easy for him to put on. Goid quality mayerialbused and they last until he grows out of them. Last ones lasted him 2 school years.

Brilliantly designed for children who find buttons tricky. The velcro fastening makes changing for PE for my 13 year old Dyspraxic and hyper-mobile son quick and easy instead of time-consuming and stressful. From the outside you'd never know the fastening was velcro instead of buttons. I've seen reviews criticising these shirts saying, 'who would wear these, you'd get bullied for it!' In my son's experience, nobody has said anything to him about his shirts, the other children simply don't notice or care - probably because children today are more accepting of others. And the reviewers who say these shirts aren't necessary because children should know how to use buttons....walk in the shoes of someone with Dyspraxia and / or hyper-mobility for a day before you say that. Would you say to someone who has asthma not to use their inhaler because they should have been taught how to breath Oxygen properly? The one drawback of these shirts is they are very overpackaged. Please get rid of the plastic!

First of all ignore all the one star reviews for these shirts, it seems people are rating their own shopping abilities rather than the actual shirts. If you're after adaptive clothing/easy dress shirts for your children due to dexterity or sensory issues etc then these are great!!! The sizes come up about right (unlike some of the other brands we've tried that come up too tight in the collar) & they seem to be washing well so far... I've been washing them whilst the velcro is fastened. The only thing I would say that would maybe be an improvement is if the top button had its own separate velcro tab, it would make lining it all up easier and allow for the top button to be undone if desired. As it is there's just one long velcro strip but at least that does all of the shirt unlike some other brands. Overall I'm very happy and will be buying more!

These shirts are the best, I love the vicryl in place of the actual buttons, my little one is still struggling with buttoning, so this type of shirt is a real saviour.

I am sure they are fine, however i wasn't aware VELCRO shirts were available. I had to donate to charity as of course my son rightly would not wear VELCRO.
