Massive

This bra comes up very big. I’m always this size so I took the tag off to wear it. It’s massive! I emailed customer service and explained and was told I couldn’t return it.

So very disappointed with the selection in store and online - Mark and Spencer no longer stock non-padded post-surgery bras and the range is “young and trendy”, completely unsuitable for the over 50s (statistically most likely to have breast cancer). No one in that age range wants padded bras ! The fitter said she was embarrassed to show me the limited choice in the range, and said that she and her colleagues could not understand why my previous, much loved and v comfortable post-surgery bra (style 01536065) was now only available as a regular bra. Bought as a stop gap, I will be shopping elsewhere in future

Weird Sizing
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
I love these bras because they’re so comfortable, but the 32GG is too small in the cup and if I try the 32H it is far far far too big in the cup! So I end up wearing the 32GG and spill over a bit which doesn’t look great under a t shirt or jumper ☹️

Very nice and looks great. I bought it for mum who’s had a mastectomy. Pockets well attached. Cup is slightly padded. Unfortunately I got the wrong cup size so need to return. Can’t comment of comfort as I’ve not worn it!

Satisfies all the requirements of a post-surgery bra but looks and feels more like a normal bra.

Soft comfortable mastectomy bra. Slightly large but that was my choice as knew my prostethis would fit in it. Only complaint was the straps a bit thin. Would recommend if had a mastectomy

Loved the colour and shape of he bra but it was very uncomfortable and itchy. The opening for the prosthesis was too big and therefore it kept moving

Have been buying more expensive and less comfortable post surgery bras for over 30 years from catalogues, your bras are great, and can take them home and try them on and return if not happy, also get the VAT off. M&S have certainly sorted it with these products.

Does not work with silicone prostheses
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
No, I don't recommend this
This bra works fine with M&S prostheses but is awful with silicone prostheses provided by the NHS. Despite being fitted by a trained professional through my breast unit to fit one of these bras, I find the prostheses migrate to the centre and pull on the fabric of the pocket which is supposed to hold them in place. I went back to M&S for a second bra fitting and was told this was normal. I'd already bought three of these bras in preparation for a double mastectomy and didn't really want to be left without a bra so I've had to suck it up, chalk it up to a bad job, and start looking elsewhere for bras that can cope with what we're given by the NHS. Sure, I could use the M&S prostheses, but I want the realism and weight I get from silicone. In future, I'll have to buy brs I want to look had decent from somewhere else

Excellent Non Wired Bra

I have worn underwired bras for many years, however due to breast surgery I opted for the non wired. This bra is extremely comfortable to wear and gives an uplifting flattering shape.
