Rough!

I bought these school.shirts as I've previously bought them and they have been good. The first time wearing them my son said his boobs hurt! Basically the cotton was so rough it was rubbing him. I have washed rhem a few times with extra softener and still rough. Poor quality from M&S. Standards are falling.

I buy these shirts over and over again. They wash well and dry without creases. Wouldn’t get shirts anywhere else.

I ordered these shirts last minute for my 14 year old son who is so fussy about what he wears to school. His shirts have to have the exact right amount of bagginess and these were perfect. They wash and tumble dry really well too and maintain their bright whiteness so very pleased and will order some more when he needs them.

Despite washing them before wearing, my son complained they were itchy and uncomfortable. They were not as soft as previous shirts I purchased from M&S so overall disappointing.

Fine

Quality is fine but the value not so much - way cheaper at other stores

Looks good but child is not convinced

Shirts look nice and sturdy (which it what one would expect for school uniform) but my child has complained they feel very itchy when wearing them. Maybe a couple of more washes will do the trick.

More cotton more comfort

I always wanted a shirt with more cotton and this was it. Best for kids with sensitive skin to certain fabric. It’s warmer to touch as compared to the more polyester one. A tiny bit more effort is required to iron as compared to the other ones but that’s not an issue at all. I really hope they continue it.

Not great

Not a great fit at all! Sleeves seem too small for the shirt plus the length so long. Out of proportion.

Great quality, out of stock for weeks in August and September which was annoying, glad to finally be able to buy them.

Bought for my son. He is not used to wearing shirts but has been happy with these. They cool enough in summer.

Fabric too thin

I was disappointed in the quality of the fabric used. You could clearly see the skin through fabric. I couldn't bring myself to put my child in these for school.

Good fit, but not readily available.
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
Not readily available, we have to wait for a week or so. There are no school uniforms in the shops anymore which is unfortunate, I'm not sure why this is. Is this not a core product anymore? We had to buy from a local supplier which is more expensive and different fit. Hope your planners can increase the stock around the start of school.
