Great gift for someone I don't see very often. E gifts are safe and are sent within minutes

An excellent alternative to paper, plastic cards and unlike experiences in the oast, not easy to lose!

Wanted to have a gift card to give someone at Christmas but only able to get this e- gift card which did not feel like one was giving something.

I was very impressed with your online team who were able to retrieve a card which had been sent to the wrong email address and redirect it to the correct one. Thank you!

Delivered to recipient fine, but the gift message is bordering on illegible, very small and doesn’t show up on the initial email page received by the recipient, they have to click through a few pages to find out…definitely wouldn’t recommend from an accessibility pov. The gift recipient thought it was spam until I contacted them - The design of the voucher is pretty underwhelming, I did expect more - there are very easy solutions to make this feel special for someone. Also, no option to set a time (rather than just date) to receive the gift which would have been useful. Probably would buy a voucher in store in the future and post.

M & S said I would get an email to confirm that the eVoucher was delivered…I didn’t !! This is the first communication I’ve got since the purchase was confirmed. I had to ring the person I sent the gift to, to get them to check their emails …..NOT AT ALL HAPPY
