Excellent sturdy case, very smooth to travel with, and a good size. Only drawback is that it could do with a smaller inside pocket eg for travel documents or paperwork. Otherwise, very happy with the product.

I used this on a week-long holiday as a 10kg cabin case with Ryanair and it performed brilliantly. We travelled between several places, which meant plenty of long walks pulling the suitcase on its trolley wheels – giving the castors a proper workout. Despite this, it handled everything perfectly. The build quality feels excellent and it represents great value for money. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a successor to my previous, 20-year-old, much-loved and very well-travelled, red M&S cabin bag - which I had damaged after unbalancing it on an airport escalator - and came across the Vienna on-line. It seemed a worthy successor and compatible with the bag dimensions permitted by my usual airlines. The colour and style are distinctive, and it manoeuvres very well. Only two small internal pockets are missing to merit 5 stars.
