True to size, a 12 for me. Length just right. Sadly I could not find the Length measurements on line. Part elasticated waist, but no belt loops , which I would have liked. The trousers hang well when on. Not washed yet, but a bonus that the label gives washing instruction. A useful pair of smart trousers.
