Straight Fit Heavyweight Selvedge Jeans

Thought maybe Markies had nailed quality jeans but the stitching is poor. These have been fed at maximum speed through the machine and the stitching is falling over itself and has exposed mistakes on the outside seams. I've already returned the first pair due to fitting but will keep these as I'm out of time. 2 stars.

Quality, indigo have a light blue patch at the front

Good fit and quality. The denim is thick (as advertised) especially around the waistband. I would have preferred a pair completely flat indigo washed (as there is a cosmetic waring effect on the front thighs to give a worn look) That’s my personal preference and the worn look is clearly shown in the pictures. That doesn’t detract from the fact that these are quality selvedge jeans for the price.

Quality denim, on a par or even better than some. Hugh profile brands! Great value, the specialist denim ones that I bought from m&s before were even better Hope the standard keeps up when I need another pair in 5-20 years time😂
