Great pan but lid handle too hot to touch🔥

A really nice pan, very useful, handle remains cool but lid handle dangerously hot, you need gloves/ cloth to remove lid. Also why can't it go in the dishwasher, I normally put staiess steel ( not knives) in to wash?

Excellent purchase. Cooks evenly and looks classy. Lots of advice available on using Stainless Steel pans; I certainly don't miss the non-stick coating. I don't know why some people have whinged on about the hot knob; either reduce the heat or use a cloth! I would have preferred a glass lid so I can see how things are progressing without the need to lift the lid so often. Great partnership between M&S and TK.

Very solid and professional pan, the only down side is the lead, which is not heat proof, and which I discover burning myself lifting it.

I want to live it but…

No, I don't recommend this
I want to love it but…it sticks all the time. We have a Falcon range cooker with a gas hob. Even on the smallest burner things stick and burn. Also around the sides where the handle is welded. It is a great size for our family, really like the design. But ultimately it’s just not the best as a replacement for our non stick pans.

I bought this pan to replace a non-stick pan whose non stick base was wearing away. I like stainless steel and this was a useful size plus lid at a very good price

This pan is amazing! Firstly, you require less heat/energy to cook. I assume it's to do with science and the elements of the pan - it's beyond me but is quite astonishing. Burnt the pan the first time I used it because I hadn't worked out the pan's heat magic. Burnt residue washed right off and left pan as food as new. I am in awe of how good this pan is and especially for the price.

For a fair price, a good quality sauté pan, useful it is oven proof though shame it doesn’t have a glass lid

Bought to replace peeling non- stick pan: excellent quality, very easy to clean and heats up surprisingly quickly on an induction hob. Pity the delivery let it down- had to send the first one back as they sent a non-stick egg pan instead of the stainless steel saute pan

Excellent pan, but watch delivery cost

Have been looking out for a suitable sauté pan for some time, search is over. Extremely pleased with the pan, excellent results cooking on an induction hob. My only gripe is being required to pay a delivery charge as it’s not available in local stores or for click and collect.

Renewing my pots and pans and wanted something of quality without a Teflon coating. I’ve sort of become wary of that and tbh I’m a good cook and know how to prevent food sticking. This is an amazing piece of kit Well made and so adaptable. Bought this and a smaller frying pan from the range. And that’s really all I need.

This is a brilliant pan, it is excellent quality and so far has been used almost daily for a variety of meals; e.g. curries, chilli and one-pan rice meals. It’s so easy to clean too. My only negatives are it’s a little heavy (but getting used to it) and I don’t like the lid; my preference is for a glass, vented lid. However I do have another same sized steel deep sauté pan with a clear lid so I can use it instead for the hob. That said, I think the solid lid for the M&S pan will be useful for oven cooking.

Ideal size for cooking anything from fried eggs to curries. Easy to clean. Great value for money. Only negative comment is I do not like the lid which is stainless steel and the knob gets hot and you need a cloth to lift it to check on the how the food is cooking. I wish it was a glass/clear lid with heat proof knob. I use one I already have.

This pan is practical, extremely well made, and heats up quickly. Great for every day cooking. I particularly like the curved edges which makes it easy to stir the food as it cooks. The steel lid is also useful - I prefer this to the glass types. Looks and feels like the high-end product it is! I love cooking with it. I bought a full set of these pans and have not been disappointed.

This was bought as a Christmas present and it was really appreciated. It's impressive! Perfect size and shape for so many dishes and the quality is better than any other the high end brands I looked at - such as Procook, Hexclad & Stellar. Will definitely buying from the range again.
