Good pan, good value

I’ve left writing a review for a while to see how this fares in regular use. It’s good - food doesn’t stick and it still looks pristine. The base is not as heavy as it might be - so I do keep an eye on it to make sure it stays stable on the hob. But happy all round.

Gorgeous pan, my favourite

I love this pan, the quality is brilliant. Unfortunately, when i put the empty pan on my gas hob without the lid, it tips over. The hand is heavy which i think it causes this. I still love love, love it though, superb pan.

Love the quality and versatility of the pan. I've bought the full range of Tom Kerridge's stainless steel pans and ditched all my non-stick ones as they all stick and the coatings seem a bit dodgy. None of my new pans stick, as I follow the guidelines for the correct use of stainless steel pans. Also, those who complain that the lid gets too hot or the knob (hot knob syndrome) need to get a life; they could use the lid instead of a hot water bottle and save energy.

These are really great pans for a really good price. There are some negative reviews out there but those people clearly don’t know how to use and clean stainless steel pans. I have 2 now, this small one to go with the medium one I purchased in December & use them daily. I honestly don’t think you can buy better for similar money. They are really solid & heat evenly, which is all I could ask for. Get some bar keepers friend for easy cleaning and all will be fine. Happy cooking….

Great quality, price and performance. The whole range of Toms pans are great, but this sauté pan is particularly versatile.

I bought this pan as it is just the right size for cooking for two! I absolutely love it, its easy to clean, can go in the oven and has a good length handle so you don't burn you wrist or lower arm. I am looking to get the next size pan now for when i cook for 4 plus! Very happy!

Disappointed with the quality

No, I don't recommend this
I have the small saucepan which I love so I bought the sauté pan to add to my collection. The plan being to purchase the whole collection. After using it once, it burnt. Again a burn mark after the second use. It is impossible to clean it properly. It looks awful. I have tried all the obvious ways to r egg move the marks but I can’t. I am a ‘careful cook’ and take care of my pans whilst using. I have not used it since because I do not like using products with burn marks.

Excellent pan. Since it arrived it’s in regular use. It’s great that it’s non stick. I have piece of mind that there are no harmful coatings. With a bit of forethought and after care they are as good a new each time. The lid is interchangeable with a frying pan and a much used item in the kitchen

I had been looking for a small frying pan for a while and when the Tom Kerridge kitchrn range dropped just couldn't resist. The 20cm is the perfect size for frying eggs, making sauces and a stir fry for one. It even comes with a handy lid.

The main issue with this wok is there is very little weight in the handle which makes it somewhat unstable when empty. This makes it potentially dangerous when you are initially heating up oil. It is more stable with the lid on, but there are occasions when food needs to be cooked without a lid. Also, food does stick slightly to the pan. It is however, quite easy to clean.
