I asked my sister to collect the packet for me unfortunately some how and I’ve no idea how the young man that took my order and said it would be sent to Ilkley shop didn’t put my name on it but for the name you have here Therefore my sister couldn’t collect it as it couldn’t be found in the store room My granddaughter went on Monday and after the store lady had all my information she found the parcel still with a different name but the order number checked out so I have received my beakers .
