never used thongs before but fed up of dropping things trying to turn over with a fork. just the right size for my needs, turning bacon etc. good grip and well sprung, no instructions on how to open perhaps its common sense but was not sure at first. good purchase.

I have been saying each time I do sausage & beacon I must get tongues So happy I purchased these the great pleasure I took in using them and saving my fingers at last. Highly recommend
