I got this for running in colder weather and it does the job, nice and comfortable, mid weight not too warm. Other reviews suggested I shouldn't get an M for my 38" chest size so ordered both S & M and returned M. The small size is not snug at all, fits me well.

This is an improvement on M&S previous versions. It is slightly lighter in weight, had thumb loops and an interesting texture. The pale blue is also good. The MNS top represents great value for money when compared to sports brand tops. I recommend this top wholeheartedly.
