Scallop Tall Floor Lamp

Beautiful lamp. Arrived promptly. I had a little difficulty removing the screws when putting it together initially; but managed to get it sorted.

Beautiful lamp, but unfortunately unable to use it The lamp itself is beautiful and appears to be very well made. Unfortunately, we have been unable to assemble and use it due to an issue with one of the screws. One of the screws was completely stuck and, despite trying carefully to remove it, the screw head became damaged. It’s very disappointing as we really like the lamp and would have been happy with it if we could actually assemble it. Hopefully, M&S can improve the assembly hardware or quality control to prevent this kind of issue. We contacted M&S customer support hoping they could offer a practical solution. Unfortunately, the only option we were given was to return the lamp and order a new one. This is not the level of customer support we would expect when purchasing a €250 lamp from M&S. We would have expected a more helpful solution, such as sending a replacement component or arranging a replacement without requiring us to return and reorder the entire product.
