I buy this on repeat to use in the evening. It isn't the best textured or nicest smelling of cleansing balms available, but for the price it's great and much better than some that cost three times as much -I've tried a lot of them! It has enough slip to massage the face and doesn't leave any residue.

Ive bought this as i couldn't afford the elemis balm. I googled dupe and it came up with this product. I suffer with rosacea so im alway nervous. However its absolutely gorgeous gentle on my skin and it smells devine

I used to use the Eve Lom cleanser but it's becoming unaffordable. This product is excellent. Really good. I'm in my 50's and I prefer to remove this product with a warm muslin cloth. That way, you exfoliate as well. This is my 3rd purchase of this product. Great value. Well done M&S.

It works to remove make up or for a second cleanse but I don’t like the smell, smells like it belongs in the kitchen, doesn’t leave my face feeling fresh & clean. I’ll use up the pot, but I won’t buy it again

Noooo! I wanted to love this but I realise nothing can really compare to the previous Formula Cleanse balm 😭😭😭 This balm is more of a jelly which I don't like. And it really dries out my skin. I bulk bought the previous green balm and just so gutted it was discontinued.
