Usually wear 36”, which is what all my other M&S trousers are. 36” too small, so got 38 which fit. When measured it was36 not 38. Explains why the 36 was too small

The sizing on these is terrible. I wear 38 waist jeans and shorts from you. I had to get 3 pairs of these to find eventually that a 46 inch waist fitted. Not good enough.

The trousers are lovely but they didn't come on trousers hangers and they have a pressed pleat in them and they were folded outside seam to outside seam please ask staff to fold garments properly.

I’m a 38” waist but ordered 40” to ensure a comfortable fit as been caught out before with M&S trouser sizes. I couldn’t do them up as they were too tight. Had to send back and order 42” which aren’t exactly loose on me! Is this ‘shrinkflation’ or just poor sizing?
