These men's gym shorts are really good quality. Unfortunately they do not have a mesh lining inside for support. For that reason I had to return them. Why M&S do not fit a mesh lining like most sports shorts is beyond me. I would pay a little more if they did and buy 2 pairs.

Got these for my son for the gym. He said their comfortable band light. Pockets are good with zips but don't always open and close easily. Good value . Wash and dry well

Quality is really good. The fit is perfect. My favorite part is zip on the pockets. A lot of gym shorts have too small pockets and don’t have a zip. I always find my phone, keys, gym fob falling out. But this is game changer.
