Stays on all day. Never needs sharpening. “Smoke” with the smudge tip on the opposite end. Up to 24-hour colour-true eyeliner. Transfer resistant, smudge resistant, water resistant. Gives you time to play - formula allows 60 seconds for blending and smudging before setting.
