Look great at first but like most M&S products now they are poorly made. The waistband is no longer a structured pleated design so it stretched out of shape immediately. I’ve bought linen trousers for years and they always have some give but not like this.

I really wanted to like and keep these trousers but I had to return them. Style, fit around the waist and the length were all good. Bought the conker colour which was lovely and made a nice change from the usual summer colours. However, the fit around the stomach area was not at all good. Fine when standing up but when sitting down the front panel bulged out which made the overall look unsightly and ugly looking. Trousers couldn’t be worn with tucked in shirts or t shirts. Purchased in the sale but couldn’t justify the cost as the overall look was not nice. Need to look at this issue if intending to sell these trousers as a staple next summer.

As a shorter lady these linen trousers are perfect. A good length and the tapered leg shape is more flattering for me. The fabric is not too see through the way many white trousers are.

They are okay, I like the pockets on the back but the tapered leg is a little too severe, giving a slightly baggy clown look. I kept them as needed for holiday and I liked the fabric but thought the cut would be more flattering if straight.
