I had high hopes for this item but. It does NOT fit my M&S king-sized duvet. It is approximately and acceptably the correct length. However, the width is around 20cm too wide so it is super ugly to have extra hanging material on the sides of the bed. The instructions say to wash before use …..so by the time you put it on the bed, the packaging is already binned. So now I will have to return the item. Having incurred the inconvenience of laundering and ironing the duvet…..I will now incur further costs to return it (fuel and parking charges). Is there no quality control on these items? Are other consumers accepting this nonsense? Very irritating.

This is a lovely quality, weighty duvet cover. Very pleased with the look and feel of it. Washing well - no ironing which is fab. Would highly recommend - may even buy another. Worth the price.

This duvet cover is absolutely stunning, very continental, looks great on the bed and comfortable to sleep beneath. BUT BEWARE it is so heavy when wet that a domestic washing machine (mine has an 8Kg capacity) cannot cope with the weight and cannot reach full speed when spinning so the duvet is still dripping when the cycle has finished. Product is now redundant at the back of the linen cupboard

I Iove good quality pure cotton bedding and I know M&S had this. I wasn’t disappointed. Although I haven’t used the bedding yet I know when I do I will feel luxurious.
