What! No opening fly?

Despite appearances in online photos, the pyjama trousers did not have an openable fly. The stitching looked like a normal fly, but it was stitched totally closed. I've never had pyjama trousers without an openable fly. Is this intentional or a fault? Because you can't examine the item fully online there is no way of telling before ordering. Otherwise the pyjamas were as expected. But I won't be ordering them again.
