Pure Cotton Sateen 400 Thread Count Bedding Set

The size is very large which means there is too much to tuck in and the duvet is lost in its cover. The flat sheet and the duvet are much larger than TWC. So disappointed because when I checked, it does measure what was on the card secured to the ribbon packaging, however I think bedding is non-refundable these days. So would advise you to measure against your existing set. In case you miss this on the description, the duvet cover closes with a concealed zip.

Lovely feel, zip bottom instead of buttons . Beautiful blue colour.

The sheen gives an expensive look and the material is wonderfully soft and smooth against the skin. Must say the finish gives the blue a slightly steely look rather than a soft chambray but its still a lovely blue. Washed well, dried flat over an airier and for me no need to iron. Great purchase.

Bought as a Christmas gift for a newly decorated room;the luxurious look does not reflect the cost. Great value for the quality.

Needed new bedding and this was just right, just enough glamour and practical too. The mattress sheet is just a little on the big size, but apart from that it all fits and feels well on our M & S king size bed

I have used M&S bedding for years, latterly their cream cotton & bamboo range which is wonderful in summer. I have purchased new bedding in a winter colour and decided to try the Sateen 400 thread court. It is just sublime to slip into at night and feels what I imagine silk to feel like, obviously this is a much cheaper option. The range washes and irons well like all M&S bedding. The addition of a zip at the bottom in place of buttons is a good idea although not sure how strong the zip is. I have ordered 2 complete sets of this for the winter and will probably continue to use it all year. I have told many people over the years that for sheer quality, range of colours/patterns and reasonable prices you cannot beat M&S bedding, why would you go anywhere else? This also applies to their towels!

This bedding set does not include a fitted sheet (I have discovered). The product description is insufficient. I'd like to thank a previous purchaser for reporting this observation (although not before I placed my order...)
