Body Temperature Control Duvet Cover

I was very sceptical that body temperature control bedding was actually a "thing" and not a marketing ploy. However, it's been a full week now since I started using the duvet cover, sheets and pillowcases and I can honestly say that I am sleeping so much better - I've even had a couple of nights where I have slept right through. I am no longer continually waking in the night completely drenched. I checked my previous bedding and noticed that it had a polyester content so basically I have been sleeping in a roasting bag :-) I would definitely recommend this bedding and particularly for ladies of a certain age as it really has transformed my sleep and nightly comfort. The only downside (and why it is a 4 star rather than a 5) is that it does crease, which given the material is completely understandable. So , if you are looking for an immaculate aesthetic you may be disappointed. However, personally, I would rather have a few creases and a good nights sleep. Finally, a note for M&S, it would be great if you could expand this range into some patterned sets (this would also help to disguise the creasing).

Waste of money! I washed it first so can’t return! Very thick material! I don’t see how this would keep you cool in the heat! Don’t buy

Love this bedding, very comfortable and does seem to adjust to how your body temperature changes,I have in a couple of different colours love it 🥰

Bought this as the weather changed to hot and wanted something comfortable to sleep with. These are perfect

I am a lady of a certain age and I have been having difficulty in regulating my temperature at night, so when I saw this "body temperature control" bedding I thought I would give it a go. I am pleased to say that it is working for me. I just sleep under a duvet cover without the duvet (too hot) but I am able to sleep for longer and get back to sleep more quickly when I have woken up. I will be buying more from this range.

It is not nice at all it is creased all the time infact it will be binned soon

The material is nice but it creases and looks cheap. I am certain albeit I bought a king size that I’ve received a super king. The duvet hangs a good 10cm + bigger than my king size duvet itself!! I had washed it so couldn’t take it back!

Ordered this set along with matching pillowcases and fitted sheet. So pleased with the quality and feel and the colour is great too.

I was concerned about this because of other reviews regarding the ironing of this sheet. It was not a problem, glad I gave it a shot. Its no more difficult than any other super king size sheet. Feels lovely to the touch. Cant say it made a big difference body temperature wise.
