I love this pillow spray. It may be unproven but i am convinced that it helps me sleep. It is very natural and predominantly smells of lavender - not synthetic. I have tried some other brands but this is my favourite

This Pillow Spray has a lovely relaxing perfume and is the perfect aid for drifting off to sleep. Can recommend but I would advise buying in store as I ordered online and the Pillow Mist box was delivered squashed flat in a torn Jiffy bag. Not in a fit state for gifting but I kept it for myself and am enjoying using it.

I have tried many sleep sprays due to my anxiety and bad relationship with sleep. This is amazing. Really helps you settle down and drift into sleep quickly. Smells amazing and you only need a small spray so i imagine this bottle will last a while.
