I usually struggle to relax for bed and to sleep well, so purchased this to try aide in improving that. I've found it really lovely for a long, relaxing bath - the fragrance is absolutely gorgeous, and makes me feel really relaxed. My skin also feels nice and soft afterwards, and not stripped. I've noticed I have drifted off to sleep easier than normal, when using this bath soak. I will repurchase once it has run out!
