Yes, I recommend this
So I'm 35 and totally grey (stress) and good conditioner really makes all the difference. My hair fells silky but not heavy. in fact, I noticed when I switched to it that it still looks good on day 2 and day 3 after a wash. It also seems to keep my hair smooth, not frizzy, and not doing that weird wiry freak-out that grey hairs sometimes do. It is more expensive than the average highstreet brand, but it's worth it.
