Hanging Hook not Fit for Purpose

The frame looks very smart but the hanging hook is really badly positioned and not large enough meaning that even when bent outwards it is not protruding beyond the frame and it is extremely difficult to hang- so far impossible!

This frame is abaolutely perfect for a poster i was giving as a gift. The image is modern and bold, so the simple black frame works really well. The size of both the frame and mount are perfect, unlike those from other retailers.

The design is classy but the quality of this frame is very disappointing - the glass seems to be really thin (it cracks easily) and the metal frame is not well finished. In addition the design of the hanging hook makes it very hard to hang

It took three attempts to get these, broken twice when collecting from store, but made it safely with a home delivery. they're smart looking but perhaps a little cheap in material. Over all they look good on the wall.
