Quality control falls short

These were true to size. I bought size 12, short in the light wash (I am 5‘4). Unfortunately, I do feel that there is something off with the construction. When wearing, one leg doesn’t quite fall straight and I am now conscious of this. I am keeping them as had already thrown away the tags. But, not really happy with the quality. A shame as they are a good price.

Very flattering pair of jeans. I love that they offer longer leg lengths because I have long legs and the long length fits me perfectly. The slightly stretch to the denim makes them very comfortable.

I really like these jeans, they’re a great shape and fit. I ordered the light and mid blue colours, both are nice but the mid blue ones have an odd bulge of fabric on either side of the inner thigh, something another customer mentioned. The light blue didn’t have this so I’m very happy to keep the lighter pair.

I sent for these and when they arrived they were HIGH RISE. The label clearly stated this. Thought there may be some mistake, so reordered them. Exactly the same - another pair of high rise jeans! I like the length, the straight cut and the quality of the denim. (Proper denim - not stretchy) so I’ve decided to keep them despite being disappointed that they’re not as advertised. I’m SO sick of high rise jeans. It’s nigh on impossible to get any that are mid rise. Please reconsider this policy as high rise doesn’t suit everyone.

Very small sizing. Very disappointing from M & S.
Much smaller than my other size 12 jeans from M&S. Quality was as good as before but size was way off.

Lovely length and shape. However, the inside seam at the crotch wasn’t sewn flat…making it look bulbous? Very odd. I tried on another 2 pairs, which were exactly the same.

When I ordered them I ordered mid rise short, but didn’t realise until I had worn them that they were high rise , so not very happy.

Purchased the jeans short length for a change from usual skinny jeans and find the denim thicker and more like traditional jeans - just the right length for this time of the year wearing trainers or sandals. Love them🫶 thank you Marks & Spencer

I ordered the shirt because I am only 5’3” - 5’4” and sometimes the look I want is lost with a regular leg. The length is good and the jeans are lovely. Not stretchy but they do hold you in where needed. Very comfortable
