Nice lamps but
Love the design of these lamps and good quality for the price. Bulbs not supplied and recommended 4w not available on Marks site. Sourced 4.3w elsewhere and I'm a bit disappointed with how obscure the light is, even when used as bedside lamps. They cast a glow downwards so don't brighten the area as I'd prefer.

Smaller than I expected but sylish / simple and a really nice, rich cream colour .Looks lovely in the bedroom but the lead should have been white not black. Hence why it’s in the bedroom as I can hide the lead behind a side table !

This is an appropriate lamp if you want very little light to come from it, due to the metal cover, no light is coming above it, which makes it quite weak

Lovely colour, it fits in with my decor and I have it on my landing, this makes a cosy atmosphere. There isn’t a bulb with this lamp and it’s not a standard bulb either, however I did have one by chance.

Good value looks ok the bulb is one you have to order so makes it awkward and I can’t work out how to secure the top so wobbly and falls off when you move it . Instructions don’t help

Bought as a bedside light but despite trying different light bulbs warm white and cool white, due to the dome shape of the shade the light isn’t bright enough to read by, the only way is to place the lamp on the shelf on headboard which isn’t ideal but it allows the light to shine down on book. Disappointing.

Slightly disappointed with the quality of this lamp. Thread screw when putting together very poor quality, had to add a washer to make it fit. Also, as M&S mentioned, paint finish easily damaged while handling to put together. Lastly, hadn’t realised had to buy special bulbs….
