I looked at the dress a few times before I bought it. I wasn’t sure how it would look on me as I’m the complete opposite to the very slim, young, pretty, flat chested model. More often than not the waist line on dresses at M&S are too high. Which makes them no good for anyone with a bust. However… this dress was far better than I’d ever hoped it would be. I had lots of compliments when I wore it. It’s very flattering. Wished I’d bought it sooner and also wished I’d bought the dress in the other colour that was available. Gutted that it’s now out of stock.

I have this dress in the cap sleeve version, so thought I would order the long sleeve for winter. However, I didn't feel it looked as nice, so will be returning.

Black dress is such good quality and below the knee.

Stylish and extremely flattering - I was a bit worried that the v neck would be a bit too low but sits very well across the bust - the dress is made from lovely material quite heavy which hangs very well - very happy I hope they bring out more colours

Absolutely love this dress. It’s a gorgeous colour of berry. The material is really comfortable and it fits well and hangs beautifully. Could be dressed up or down. I wear with suede boots and it looks fantastic. Great price but looks more expensive.

Great dress, perfect fit and great to see different lengths. Washes well and no ironing required which is always a bonus. I tried to get the other colour too but unfortunately sold out. I'll try again in a week or two.

Stylish and comfortable burgundy dress. It’s not what I’d call a jersey material, more of a heavier weight polyester which I think makes the dress look more expensive than it is. The collar adds a nice touch to the wrapover style bodice. I went up a size as I usually do with this type of material so that it skims the body rather than clings to it. I also sized up to standard length. At 5’3, in other styles I tend to go for short/petite, but again I’ve found in this style of M&S dress, for me the waist positioning and overall length is better, and falls to mid shin, rather than just an inch or so below the knee.
