I love how soft and fluffy this dressing gown is. It’s also very light which was a surprise for the good. Wearing this feels like a warm hug. Over the years I have had many dressing gowns but this one has hit the ‘best ever’ spot.

It is lovely , warm and after a day at work Jama’s /dressing gown on .. 1 side of the pockets wasn’t stitched up It’s stopped me putting rubbish in it 🤣

This grey one is lovely nice and thick I have had two over the last two years . So I thought il buy a different colour . I was disappointed as the quality is poor compared to the grey one . A lot thinner and not as cosy

The quaity is so poor. After 3 washes the dressing gown was still shedding an immense amount of fluff. Fluff literally transferred to everything the gown came into contact with. It also stuck to the inside of the washing machine so the next wash was also covered in fluff! I've returned it as faulty and got a refund. I'm really dissapointed and would have expected better from M & S

I bought the fleece hooded dressing gown recently but I have only given it 3 stars because since wearing it, it has done nothing but shed fluff. I have washed it several times now, giving it a good shake, hanging it out in the fresh air but to no avail, I even put it in the tumble dryer to see if that would do the job but its still not worked. I appreciate it wasn't expensive by any means but I expected better from Marks and Spencer. I feel very reluctant to wear it now as everything just gets covered in bits. Disappointed really as otherwise it's a lovely warm, soft, snuggly dressing gown.
