I bought the fleece hooded dressing gown recently but I have only given it 3 stars because since wearing it, it has done nothing but shed fluff. I have washed it several times now, giving it a good shake, hanging it out in the fresh air but to no avail, I even put it in the tumble dryer to see if that would do the job but its still not worked. I appreciate it wasn't expensive by any means but I expected better from Marks and Spencer. I feel very reluctant to wear it now as everything just gets covered in bits. Disappointed really as otherwise it's a lovely warm, soft, snuggly dressing gown.

When i chose the dressing gown it was fualty when i got to the till. The staff members was helpful and ordered me a new one. After wearing it for a couple of days it came apart in the same place as the first one. Not good
