Chopping board looked nice but felt a bit rough. The label on the back was difficult to remove and left a mark. Poorly packaged with crumpled tissue paper and bubble wrap. Disappointing as it was purchased for a gift.

I bought this yesterday afternoon, it felt lovely and smooth in the shop and I was going to use it straight after washing. However after a quick wash in mild dish soap the wood is rough and splintery. I have treated it with butchers block oil today which has improved it a bit but, I think I’m going to have to sand it
