Wore this once before disposing it, i wore this with a dress and it was hugely disappointing, although very comfy i wanted the seamless look but it kept rolling up at the back which didn't flatter at all. I ended up taking it off in the toilets as i looked better with out it.

XL is quite small and should be available in XXL too. A struggle to get on but i think it will help pull front in. Good quality.

Great vest, tight in the areas under the bust but the bust area is more stretchy so there’s room for an ample bosom. I usually buy a 16 in shapewear vests from M&S so started with size L in this design, I needed to muster a great deal of strength to get it on. I decided to keep it for special occasions when industrial strength hold in is required. Meanwhile I also bought an XL which is still tight but just about ok for daily wear. Someone at M&S has forgotten who buys shapewear vests and a resize is needed for these or larger sizes available. Very good value though.

Great vest. I've worn M and S bodies for ages. This is a good option for the summer. Fits tight, feels secure, great support, but has been cool even in 2026's ridiculous hot weather.

Bought this to even my lumps and bumps which it does. Got a large I'm a size 16-18 but it was too tight so I bought an extra large. It fitted better. Like some other people I had to step into it to put it on. It's a great idea. Good quality material and a great affordable price. Looks good under my fitted long dress and many of my outfits. Love the nude colour which doesn't show under lighter colours.

After breast cancer and mastectomy I found it difficult to find a comfortable bra, this vest is amazing, no tight midriff area, remaining boob held comfortably, no slipping out under loose bra and even light weight foam prothesis stays in place beautifully. Can’t be happier, thank you M&S.

I’m a size 10 with a noticeable tummy, and the size S fits me ok. It stayed in place all day, I put it on through the legs and gently pull it up. I agree with the previous reviewer that it’s not very firm. It does smooth out some budgy areas, but it doesn’t hold my tummy as much as I expected. Good for light shaping, but not strong support.

If you’re looking for a sculptured look this garment is not for you. It does have some support but barely makes a difference. Tge good thing is it stays in place without sliding up.
