This is great for flattening your stomach! Has a good amount of control but still able to breathe. I’m a size 12 and bought a size M. It was tiny looking and thought I’d never in a million years get into it but it’s really stretchy but comfortable when it’s on.

Gives a nice neat look no creases can still wear a bra I got a size small I’m 5ft and fits well I think if you are tall it might not be long enough

i ordered s - m. i am usually a size 12, i could tell before i tried these on, they were way to small. go up a size. but very good quality,

I really like it , does what it states. My only negative point is that even with adjustable straps it's a bit short in the body.
