It makes my hair shiny and bouncy every time i use this. I also always get a comment on how healthy it looks. I put it on, put on the cap and then do house work for a couple of hours and then wash hair as i usually do. Cant recommend it highly enough.

I used to use this years ago, as it is an iconic product but for some reason just stopped using it , possibly as so many new products are always coming to market . I was feeling, as I am post menopausal , that my hair was getting really dry and was starting to get me down a bit , I then happened to see it on TV being recommended which made me remember how good it was so I decided to buy some . I’m glad to say I could results after just after one use ! . As recommended I would recommend to leave it on as long as you can overnight if possible. I left it on for about 6 hours with my hair wrapped in a towel and it was enough although I will try it overnight in the future . It is a little pricey , but it does go a long way and more importantly does what it promises so well worth it and deserves its reputation!

This is always so brilliant for my hair. I have had chemotherapy and it makes my hair so dry, thankfully Elasticizer always makes it look better.

This product is a game changer. It has made all the difference to my frizzy, wayward and frankly wilful locks, and is so easy to use. I would not be without it.

Received in a beauty box but purchased full price item when on offer, leave on as long as you can then wash hair and your hair feels like you have been to hairdressers! Even a 10minute helps hair. It is expensive but keep a look out for offers on your sparks card

Great hydration treatment

Used for years but only works well on my fine hair if I use once in a while. Heavy cream that leaves hair hydrated but heavy and lanky if used weekly in my case. Be sure to shampoo out twice if your hair is fine.

After not having success with a previous product a friend recommended this, it is great leaves my hair silky soft, a challenge with growing out dyed, greying and frizzy hair! However, I do leave in much longer than recommended.

I received a sample of this in an M&S beauty bag and was hooked. It really does improve the condition and texture of your hair. It really did mine. I have fine highlighted hair and the back was damaged / dry. Using this product even once or twice really help smooth and strengthen the hair. I know it’s expensive but it’s worth every penny. You also don’t need to use much so over time great value

Very good treatment used correctly for fine & colo

This is one of the best treatments I've found for my fine coloured hair. The only drawback is that you need to apply the treatment on to damp hair (prior to washing) then use the plastic cap and cover for at least 10 mins. It has to be used before shampooing so you can't get up in the morning and jump in the shower for a quick shampoo then apply the treatment - it doesn't work like that.
