Cotton Rich Bedding Set

The bedsheets are thin and don't look or feel like decent quality. The washing instructions on the labels state "Gentle machine" wash, which is laughable and wouldn't sufficiently clean bedding. The washing instructions just confirms that the quality of material is extremely poor and not durable, yet they are being advertised as long lasting. The quality of M&S products continues to deteriorate.

Really pleased with this set. Colour is as in the picture, the king size is a perfect fit & I’m surprised how soft the material is. Excellent value!

I bought this bedding as I had changed my curtains to a pattern so plain bedding was essential. These are really soft and silky and so easy to wash and iron.

I bought these (2 full bed sets, sheets and pillow cases) after seeing them in store and feeling the display sample so I took a picture to ensure we got the right set, and ordered them online. Order and collection process was no problem. I have no idea what they treated the sample with, but the product I have feels nothing like the one in store. As you wash bedding before using, I thought maybe it was a packing finish thing. So I immediately washed all the set and nope - it was still unlike the one in store. Unfortunately as I've washed them, I can't return them. So I've been using them because for me - that's too much money to throw away. Turns out they may be 'easy iron' but they are also VERY easy crease, so if you intend to sleep in / on them, don't bother ironing. Added to that, they pick up every bit of fluff and dog hair, and my 'not just bed sheets, M&S bedsheets' are the biggest waste of money I've had this year. Honestly for us this was a real 'splurge' purchase, where we finally didn't have to buy the cheaper options. I'm also disabled and spend a lot of time in bed, so it is especially gutting that these have fallen so far below expectation.

I’m so happy with this cotton-rich bedding set! It feels soft, comfortable, and cosy, and the quality is even better than I expected. It has made my bed feel so inviting and gives my bedroom a lovely, fresh look.
