Fell at the first fence

I experienced similar to others posting here. The strap broke the first time I used it. It's such a shame as it looks like a decent bit of kit but it's not up to the job at all.

Like the previous reviewer. my first purchase suffered the same damage. The stitching on a strap came away. This was within three weeks of purchase. I obtained a replacement. I thought the problem would have been a 'one off' in view of M&S' commitment to quality. thinking M&S quality. How wrong I was! After another 4 weeks, the replacement suffered exactly the same problem! Poor show.

I bought this backpack for my 11 years old son. It felt apart after 1 week . The straps detached when he was running to a bus stop.

Really practical for school. The only downfall is the straps haven’t been stitched tightly so broke, but we just re-stitched it at home

Good quality backpack

Good sturdy rucksack for hiking. Quite heavy though due to structure/materials used.
