One of the suitcase' arrived with squashed corner to soft part (undamaged packaging)padded it out in hope of shape restoring. Sides seem a little flimsy but am yet to use them so time will tell! Size is perfect. No problems with order & rapid delivery.

Replacement to samsonite set

Bought 2 large, 1 medium & 2 hand luggage. All light weight, lots of internal space & seem good quality zips & wheels. Locks in an awkward place as positioned under the handles. Would have been better on the side. Olive green Colour good to see on conveyor belt as different to the sea of black cases. Bought to replace 14 year old samsonite wanderfull luggage. Used for 1 trip

Excellent size, medium wheeled soft case, ideal for my travels and can separate clothes with the two separate compartments. Good quality.

Neat and compact; I like the separate, zippered sections. Looks sturdy - but ask me again when I’ve had the chance to use it!

Serviceable, good-looking suitcase

Bought simply because it's almost half the weight of my trusty 40-year-old case which is still in excellent condition. Weight is important to an elderly person lifting a full case in or out of a car or bus. (I don't fly.) I've used it on one return trip so far, by bus from Fort William to Edinburgh and back. No violent handling involved, so I can't comment on robustness. I'm not sure I like the current style of suitcases opening in the middle, to make two halves, as I'm used to the old style of a "lid" on a whole case - but I expect I'll get used to it. The two wheels are noisier on pavement than my old two-wheel case, and the "Banff" seems more inclined to tip over when being wheeled outdoors on pavements and across roads. I expect it would be OK on smooth indoor airport floors. On the whole, it's a serviceable (so far), good-looking suitcase, acceptable for my travel requirements.

Banff large suitcase

The suitcase appears to be as good as the smaller version which I already have. The suitcase itself is in good condition but I would have preferred one that did not appear to be a very badly repackaged, probably returned, item.

It works

Good suitcase. Needed to replace old suitcase that internal strengthening had disintegrated. Although this is not as strong, the material seems quite hardy. Little disappointed when took out of box slight dent in top edge but did not have time to return. Also as sort of flexible, if packed full would not really matter. Handle ok, works well but only covered inside by inner lining so end up with 'lines' to pack in. Went for 2 wheels as personally think 4 might be more prone to getting damaged. These wheels seem very good, sturdy and partially in suitcase so protected a bit more. It is nice you can pack in two halves with both the top and bottom compartments being able to be zipped up, loved this aspect.

A good sized case

A good sized case, not used as yet. But hopeful it’ll do the job. The fabric seems frailer than expected, but a 5 year guarantee gives a modicum of confidence in the product .

Lovely looking suitcase but needs 4 wheels. Once it is full it just tips over as it has no base.

Not used it yet, but it looks sturdy and well made, and will hopefully survive the airport launching and throwing of luggage sufficiently!

Not as wide as I thought it would be BUT it more than made up for it with depth and 'pockets'. The case splits in half and has a fully zipped inside compartment on one 1/2 and lots of pockets (fully zipped on the other half. I know that nowadays most people prefer the 4 wheel cases but this 2 wheeled version feels really substantial. Carry handle on side and top. Comes with TSA lock so win win.
