M&S. Pulled a fast one
Too early to review just yet. However, I purchased because you offered a free Prai set valued at 83e, then having despatched the items I paid for, you cancelled the valuable free gift. I have written to you twice but no reply. That is not acceptable for a "Respected" Company, BTW the offer is still up on site.

I have waited on purpose a long time before writing a review. I have been using both the day and night ageless throat and décolletage cream on my neck for 3 months. Following the instructions. Nice cream. If you use too much it pilfers on the skin so only use what is recommended. But…..I only have noticed a tiny change and also that straight after applying the cream my neck looks a lot better thus giving the impression the cream works. But only for a a few minutes. So after 3 months I can only give it 2 stars. I will not buy this or any other specialised neck cream again. Lets face it. Can not turn the clock back with "magic potions" which really don’t exist. I will just use a normal day cream for now on.

I agree that the cream is a lovely texture and smell, but I do find it pils under my chin even though I spend a lot of time rubbing it in and has to be wiped off before applying makeup. I find this happens with a lot of expensive creams now. I will use the day cream up overnight once I have used up the night cream as it can be showered off in the morning, but I won’t buy it again for this reason.

This cream is nice: pleasant texture and lovely fragrance. However, it makes zero difference to one’s neck. Every so often I fall for the claims made by various neck creams, only to be reminded that they are just creams, not mini face lifts in a jar.

I have used these creams in the past and as they were on offer I decided to treat myself. Lovely texture cream with a delicate scent which absorbs really well and they work! I am definitely going to keep using them as they really are a cut above the rest and being in my late 60’s I need all the help I can get!

I have a bit of crepe at the neck which I’ve only just noticed. Within a few days of using these two products, I can already see a marked improvement. Nice texture, goes in well and feels nice on skin . Smells lovely too!

Don’t often write reviews but am so pleased with this cream. At 48 was starting to notice significant lines around my neck which were really ageing along with sagging jawline. Have only been using this cream for a week and has really made a difference. Lines are less visible and jawline looks firmer too. So pleased.

I have used Prai Neck & Dec creams for years, and am so pleased that M&S stock it. They really work. Although a premium brand and are a premium price, if it works, it’s worth it to me! I have purchased this duo pack from M&S on many occassions now, and they always feature on my Christmas List in the hope that Santa shops at M&S!! 🤣 Both creams are a lovely texture. No roll off, and absorb into the skin well. I’ll definitely be re-purchasing this item Highly recommended
