I'm 5ft 8in and medium-slim - I bought extra large, knowing M&S tights are ... tight. I could barely pull these all the way up. The sizing is way off.

I have bought these religiously for years as the quality has always been so good & they last for so long that it is worth the high price tag however, I recently bought another three pairs and I am quite disappointed. The quality of the main body of the tights is the same as ever but there has been a change to the waste band, it no longer has as wide a band and over the course of a day will end up rolling down towards hips. This has been my experience with cheaper tights in the past, it is a shame that the design standard of these tights no longer reflects their price tag.

I bought these to wear with a black sequinned dress and ankle boots. They look and feel great. My only negative is that they are only just long enough in the leg for my height, 5ft 7in/size 12. Normally a large would have plenty of length.

These have lasted for months. I used to wear lower denier and those never last that long but these are amazing. They dont have a 'foot' shape, but one side of the waistband has different coloured thread, so I know which way I like to put them on (it's just in case the heel gets a bit worn, I don't want the thinner material on the front by accident). Except that doesn't seem to have happened. They wash really well, they're very comfortable, they're soft, and look good. I've bought more pairs, obviously, because they're well worth it.

Much better than the magic shaper tights - they fit as they should, the quality is great but they are a bit more expensive. Better to get the ones that are the right size and proper fit than buy ones that are cheaper and the fit is rubbish.
