Very disappointed

These knickers are not the same size as the ones I was replacing and they are totally useless for me

Not the usual standard from M&S

No, I don't recommend this
The elastic in these pants has already gone. I am going to have to throw them in the bin!

These feel nicer and fit better than the Supima version. Very happy with them.

Buyer beware - reduced cut= period pads won’t fit

No, I don't recommend this
These are a buyer beware, with such a decrease in quality from previous years that I am switching to Sainsbury’s or anywhere else I can find 100% cotton. The waistband sits tight with the changed elastic to plain, the crotch and gusset are so thin new that a regular pants liner / or pad has to be very carefully placed because the pants liner is wider than the material for the underwear itself. M&S are cutting fabric quality and the actual cut of these pants to as fine a line as they can. ‘marginal gains’ per meter fabric used to increases profit but it makes for really rubbish unusable underwear. I would rather pay more for the style to return to what it was.

Always buy these, never disappointed. They wash well and hopefully they'll last for years like my other pairs have.

Hi bought the knickers in rose quartz colour to wear under pale or see-through light clothing I thought the colour would be like nude same as a skin tone but the colour of the pants is too dark and so they still show up through pale or see-through clothing so I’m very disappointed the colour of the pants needs to be 50% paler because even white pants sometimes really stand out if you’re wearing like pale blue or pale pink clothing

Not good quality but good value
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
I am disappointed with the pants even though they are good value for a pack of 5 the quality is really not good. I purchased 1 pack that shrunk in the wash so then I purchased another pack in a bigger size to allow for wash shrinkage. The new pack has 1 pair with damage to the seam where the elastic has split/torn.

Horrible, like something you’d be given in hospital. I’ve purchased the cotton knicker range for years and they are by far the worst.

A bit thin, it would be better to make them better quality and increase the price a bit. They don’t shrink though, contrary to other reviews.

Great Cotton Knickers...

Nice cotton knickers... it is so hard to find proper knickers these days and especially 100% cotton.. There are so many pretty ones but sadly 95% of them are either thongs or Brazilian.. which are both so uncomfortable... whatever happened to pretty bikini/mini briefs... These are good everyday wear but they do fade quite quickly... They come up small so even though I am only a 12 in bottoms, I went for 16 size so that the elastic does not dig in..

Thinner material than in the past

A little disappointed with these. I've been buying them for a few years now and my older ones are a much thicker more substantial material than the latest version. Needless to say this cheapening of the quality is not reflected in the price.
