No scratch mitts!

Bought this as my son has outgrown his 3-6 month sleepsuits and 6-9 is too big for him. He is 4 months old and this is advertised as having scratch mitts up to 6 months with is the only reason I bought it after searching for them everywhere. Bought 3-6 but no scratch mitts only grow with me cuffs so not as advertised. Kept because we had already washed it before realising and it is better than just a standard long sleeve Bodysuit but not what I expected. Disappointed that it is not as advertised.
