Already had a pack of these so knew they were comfy, however I'm a 14 and have to buy a 16. They don't feel like a bigger size and getting a 14 would have meant they would dig in and give a definite VPL!

Not quite the same as previous years, I say this as 2 out of the 4 in multiple packet were smaller then the other 2. So 2 were correct size as advertised. I did go into M&S & this was quickly resolved. So I would say normal size fit if all correct.
