I’ve been looking for body suits to fit a small adult and these just about fit me, M&S need to provide these in adult sizes, especially for those with incontinence problems as they are ideal for keeping pads and nappies securely in place. I’m sure there would be demand for bigger sizes.

These are very good quality, the only problem is in actually purchasing them I have waited x2 years for these to be back instock to get the next size for my son, he’s 27 special needs size of a 14-15 year old and in nappy full time , these stop him getting into his nappy and keep him well covered . Great quality , great price and obs in great demand. Very much a needed item by us Mums

Not much choice on the market in the larger sizes but very soft and well made. The last ones in 3-4 years lasted about 9 months do hoping for the same from these

I was looking for a type of clothing for my four-year-old son that would prevent him from getting access to his nappy. As he is in a phase of exploring his nappy which causes a huge mess. I looked on some specialists websites but found the prices far too high. So I was relieved to see that marks and Spencer's do adaptable clothing at a far more reasonable price. I highly recommend these bodysuits if you suffer the same issue as I do with my son.
