3pk Heavy Absorbency Period Full Briefs

I have bought a few pairs of these, not for periods but for bladder issues, Highly recommend them more comfortable than pads and similar to normal underwear

Purchased this product for incontinence rather than using pads.having purchased similar ones already. These pants are far too big which for not make them usable or value for money. More suitable for a larger person over 6 ft tall.

I wear these as I sometimes have an urgent bladder call and find I feel secure if I am wearing these and they are very comfortable

Very comfortable high waisted period pants . Don’t irritate , cannot feel the absorbent lining at all . Never felt any wetness . Seem really absorbent . No smell . Being menopausal Iv been looking for pants that wouldn’t irritate , wouldn’t make me feel hot and sweaty. Couldn’t tell I was wearing them . Loads of room for bloating, very stretchy . I’m a size 20 , 5’8 in height and I’m happy with the size, not to big they stay up perfectly and don’t roll down. Could easily go down a size but I like the extra stretch for bloating . They would easily stretch up to a 22/24 size . Perfect .

I've ordered Period Pants from M&S before and now I cannot live without them. They give so much confidence at that time of the month and are great for lighter days when you just need a little something.

I was looking for an item like these full knickers, not for periods, but to cope with possible light bladder weakness. These are just what I wanted, lovely silky material, looks like normal underwear, and gives you confidence to go out without any pads. Slightly generous in size, so I ordered a 14 instead of my usual 16, and they fit perfectly! Can recommend!

I went down a size but I think I could have gone down another one. Leg holes are very big. Lovely soft fabric and large gusset to feel secure. I got them for slight bladder leaks.

I have to use them for bladder problems at my age and I use pads in them too. They are most comfortable but I don't think they would help a great deal with older peoples' problems without the pad (I haven't tried!)

I use for mild leaking, and they are far more comfortable than using panty liners. They have reduced irritation.

They are very comfortable and soft but they are advertised as “heavy absorbency” and I personally did not find they absorbed that well. If you’re a heavy bleeder then I’d recommend using them either the first day or the last few of your period and use other forms of collection for the more heavy days, as I found them leaking. When using them for the last few days of my period they did well, you don’t feel wet or uncomfortable and there is also no smell which was a plus. But again, avoid for the heavy bleeding days. The seam over the part that absorbs is quite thick at the back and very noticeable with leggings - not a massive problem but something to consider as it does look like a you’re wearing some sort of nappy 😅

I found these very comfortable. The material is soft and smooth. Waistband doesn't dig in.
