I’ve been wearing M&S vests under my spinal brace for many years and it’s very sad to see that the quality is now so poor that I have to keep buying them way more often than in previous years. I have tried to find a substitute elsewhere but I haven’t found the right ones yet when it comes to right fit and comfort, which are still good in the M&S vests. I don’t even bother to bring the complaint to the store because last time I tried to let them know about the change of quality I’ve noticed, I was told that "it may be my washing machine". So, not only the quality of their garments has gone down but also – and this is even more disappointing – the customer service I was used to. I felt insulted. There is nothing wrong with my washing machine or the way I use it.

Ordered online and colour selected was rose quartz. I assumed perhaps stupidly that there would be a black ,white and the other one rose quartz. However the third colour was beige certainly not rose quartz . Have learnt a lesson and will look in store!

I bought these online to wear under lower cut tops and dresses instead of a bra and for modesty. The tops were big on the straps so I had to shorten them. I would prefer a little stretch in them but they are comfortable.
