Lovely underwear, great fit, super soft material against skin and pocket to support pouch is brilliant. Good quality for reasonable price. Great to have stoma awareness uderwear.

These are a complete game changer for me as an ostomate. So comfortable, great quality. Pretty. No more nightmare knicker shopping . Have 9 pairs so far but will definitely be getting more . Can not praise them enough. Hopefully more ranges of clothing will come out , maybe a swim bikini next ?

It took multiple attempts to order these stoma knickers as they were repeatedly out of stock but he wait was worthwhile. They are great - very comfortable and good quality. I felt the size 14 was better in these Brazilian Stoma Knickers but the size 12 was the correct size for the Full Brief stoma knickers.

Was delighted when I heard M&S had a range of Stoma knickers. Having a stoma for 11 years, I was fed up with not having much on the market to choose from. I ordered some immediately. Good old M&S, I knew I could rely on you. They are fabulous, so comfortable and stylish.

If I could have given zero points I would have. These are not fit for purpose and I cannot believe anyone with a stoma has approved them.

On first examination I was very pleased with these as the style and quality are very good and they seem to be really good value for money. I have had similar from other companies and these are better. Unfortunately, the game changer for me is the fact that the essential feature, the inner pocket, does not work for my ileostomy. The upper edge of the pocket is as high as the upper edge of the garment which means that,as far as I can tell, the only stoma it works for is one which sits above the waistband. I have a swimming costume with an inner pocket which is much lower and is therefore perfect. It’s hard to explain without drawing a diagram! I’m not sure how many people tested them but I don’t think my stoma placement is out of the ordinary and there’s no way this works for me. That having been said, I have kept them because although I can’t use the pocket which makes them no better than other underwear, the double material at the front does add extra protection and feels “safe”.

I'm so happy with these. I have only worn black, blue or white knickers for 18 years. They are very comfortable and the material is very soft. The bag fits in perfectly. They made me feel more feminine with the lace and the lovely pink colour. Hopefully you will produce more colours in the future. I have now ordered the full brief design. Can you perhaps design pyjamas with a pocket?

Really like this shape of leg, a bit of style instead of appearing too ‘medical’. Love the lace and the vibrant pink pair especially. The inner pouch is just at the correct height for my ostomy bag and keeps the plastic off my skin which could cause irritation.

I love the new colours - these are supportive, comfortable and elegant. My stoma bag is almost invisible when I’m wearing these pants. Thank you M&S for thinking of us stoma wearers.

The knickers are good quality and fit but unfortunately my stoma nurse said that they are not strong enough to control the stomach so have bought your firm control full briefs.

These are so lovely for the support that they give the wearer both physically and mentally. Ladies still like to feel feminine even with having to wear a stoma. Such an affordable price and design

Perfect fit , look pretty and the cyclamen pink is such a lovely colour !
