Definately NOT PANTS :-)

Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)

These stoma pants are really lovely, was disappointed that had to return them because they were too baggy around my waist. Colours very attractive, materials of high quallity and NON-itchy. They were the most sexy stoma underwear have ever seen. Highly Recommend.

Affordable, comfortable and pretty!

Yes, I recommend this

I've lived with a stoma for 7 years now and had various types of stoma pants over the years, these by far are the best. It's so hard to find cotton blend stoma pants, which are also pretty, fit for purpose and are genuinely comfortable. They hold my bag well, support the stoma (hold it well, I feel secure in these), they wash very well too. It would be nice to have more colours.. or even a 3 pack all nude tone (I'm thinking of under lighter coloured material with summer approaching) but all in all, vv happy. This is now the only place I get my underwear from. It would be nice to see these more readily available in each store though to save having to order online and have delivered. I'm in NI and my 2 nearest stores don't stock these, though they do have samples so that you can see what you're buying online. This does mean having to approach staff and ask - now this doesn't bother me in the slightest, but I know it can be daunting for others, especially if new to the ostomy world. Even to have the samples displayed on the shop floor would be helpful.

Heard about these and thought why not? They are so comfortable and make you feel that little bit more sexy. Gives that bit more support that's needed. The inside pouch is really quite flexible. The quality is great and lots of thought has gone into the design.

Good but waist not high enough

Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)

These pants hold my stoma bag in place, but I don’t use the pouch as it’s not in the correct place. It’s too low. The waist is also not high enough for me. It sits across the top of the bag. I have an ileostomy, and to hold my bag in a more comfortable position the waist needs to be higher.

Good stoma pants, but don’t offer much support

Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)

Yes, I recommend this

I’ve recently had a permanent stoma created due to my J-pouch failing, these are comfy and the pocket is great for keeping my bag off of my skin. They don’t offer a great deal of support, but I would recommend as they are very reasonably priced.

This is the third pack purchased for a family member with a stoma. She has found them extremely helpful, but living in the South of France would prefer them in neutral colours

Brought for my grandma who is new to having a stoma after seeing reviews on social media about them. She loved that they looked pretty and would go over her stoma not under. They felt stretchy yet not flimsy, thick and like they were good quality.

Not fit for purpose

Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)

No, I don't recommend this

I’ve had a stoma for over 20 years and there’s definitely a market for suitable ladies underwear, I thought these would fit the bill, believing M&S would have done their homework. I’m very disappointed that they haven’t got these right. Although overall a nice fit and style, not just ugly, big pants, the pocket for the bag is not fit for purpose as it’s cut too deep for the position of my stoma. Shame

Good start. However, they need to be higher to completely cover the top of the stoma bag. Get that sorted and they will be a winner.

Good sizing and details

Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)

Great fit and actually have a high waist that isn’t too tight when wearing with my stoma bag. Not too frumpy for a change which is a big plus for a young female struggling with her health. The lace leg sections feel soft and aren’t too intrusive as well as others have tight elasticated legs which are uncomfortable to wear. The pouch pocket isn’t too thick and bulky either which also helps.

First time purchasing stoma underwear. Very happy with the fit inline with my colostomy. The pouch is very comfortable. Nice support arount my stomach which is necessary as only recently had surgery. Pretty detail on the leg and panel on the front.

These are well made and good quality. The pocket fitted my bag well. They give good stoma support. This particular style less coverage on your bottom than a full brief. Really comfortable.

Amazing, it's lovely to have another colour option (cerise) instead of just black and nude. Lovely soft material, gentle support. Im hoping you bring out stoma swimwear, id love a tankini desgned for ostomates.
