3 Piece Carbon Steel Oven Trays

Not used yet, but they will be useful and excellent value

Always need news as i keep ones for a while then i replace them

Just baked some wild garlic and Red Leicester cheese scones using the largest tray and they are the lightest and fluffiest scones I have ever made. This is due to the high quality of the trays and the recipe from my neighbour, Mavis. They smell divine and taste even better when eaten warm with some fresh organic farmhouse butter made by Mavis's cousin Arnold. The Jersey milk is from Arnold's cow Daisy. The recipe calls for buttermilk, but I didn't have any, so I used curdled milk by adding the juice of half a lemon. It's Mavis's birthday soon, so I will bake her some banana muffins on the smallest tray.
